Earlier this year, the SAAQ updated its vehicle inspection program for road vehicles in Quebec. The Circle Check, soon to replace the Pre-trip Inspection, will be effective November 20, 2016. To ensure all of our clients’ vehicles comply with this new regulation, the Circle Check will be activated automatically before this date.
